Please leave valuables at home as the Salon cannot be responsible for their security.  Please remove jewelry before commencing your service. Please wear the robe provided so that your clothing cannot be damaged by spots of color or products.

Arrival:
We ask that you please arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for you to be checked in and complete any necessary paperwork.

Cell Phones:
Elie Elie  is committed to providing a welcome period of relaxation for our clients.. For this reason we ask that you put your mobile phone on silent and if you absolutely must make or take a call, you do it outside the salon or at the front desk so as not to disturb other clients.

Children:
Our salon environment is not a safe place for babies or children. For their benefit and your peace of mind, we would greatly appreciate leaving your children at home or strolling in the mall with a guardian during salon appointments.

Policies

Hold Policies:
In order to hold your appointment for Bridal Services or for services of more than 3 appointments, we require that you give a credit card number when booking your appointment.

Cancellation Policies:
48-hour advanced notification is required for cancellations.  We reserve the right to charge for appointments cancelled or broken without appropriate notice.  Any no-shows or cancellations without appropriate notice may be required to provide a credit card hold for future appointments.
Payment: Elie Elie Salon  accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, pre-printed personal checks and US currency.
