Arrival:
We ask that you please arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for you to be checked in and complete any necessary paperwork.

Cell Phones:
Elie Elie is committed to providing a welcome period of relaxation for our clients.. For this reason we ask that you put your mobile phone on silent and if you absolutely must make or take a call, the front desk can direct you to a location to take your call you do it outside the salon or at the front desk so as not to disturb other clients.

Children:
Our salon environment is not a safe place for babies or children. For their benefit and your peace of mind, we would greatly appreciate leaving your children at home or strolling in the mall with a guardian during salon appointments.
